If the wires are cut, the alarms will sound! Laser scanner that scans the hallway and a remote scans the yard. Four cameras & monitors placed around the property, will be removed but the wiring will stay.

Attic fans and lights over garage area; attic is insulated above garage, and full length storage with plywood flooring for access. Wall to wall cabinets; extensive lighting; ceiling fans. Three work bench areas, one with sink, one with granite slab worktop and one with stainless steel worktop.
Microwave in garage stays; (range and refrig in garage do not stay). Compressor in enclosure in back yard has on/off switch and gauge inside garage will stay. Newer concrete driveway, and second legal driveway with electric double gate and very large side access to RV parking and electrical outlet.
Two walk-in side gates, one on each side of house. Three storage buildings in yard stay - 2 metal sheds and 1 large wooden shed with window, floor and composition shingle roof.
